In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of pollution) Act, 1974 as amended in the year 1988, the setting up of some industries (list of industries given) are restricted/prohibited within the belt of 10 km radius (list of Mouzas given) around the periphery of the proposed leather complex at Bantala, P.S. - Bhangore, 24 parganas (South).
